Basic EFT Tapping Recipe
After learning the tapping points I had to find a way to remember the tapping sequence. I ran into the same problem as with the tapping points, all the information on the net was too big when printed out.
So I set out to create a postcard sized cue card with the basic recipe and tapping sequence.
